The activities of collecting and transporting non-hazardous waste are subject to specifications. The sponsor must submit the specifications on the collection and transport of non-hazardous waste, in 3 copies of a completed and signed, the National Agency for Waste Management for approval.

How to create a recycling non-hazardous waste?

To create a recycling non-hazardous waste, the proponent mustprepare an impact on the environment and place to theNational Agency of Environmental Protection ANPE. After approval by the ANPE of the impact study, the sponsor must submit the following documents to the ANGed for approval:

3 copies of  the specifications for collecting and transporting non-hazardous waste , completed and signed

3 copies of the specifications of the recycling and recovery of non-hazardous waste , completed and signed

A copy of the approval of the ANPE
